Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spprjal meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of Anrli 19-M.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Schneider
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-191
CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from Quality Vendinq
Service, Inc., 5944 Woodland Circle, Minnetonka, Mn. for Hazelden Pioneer House,
11505 36th Avenue North, Plymouth in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01
of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application for Hazelden Pioneer House be
approved for the period April 11, 1983 throuqh recember 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
In favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers "ben- Neils dnd Theeinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
