Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special— meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April 19 83.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils
and Threinen
The following members were absent: Council member Schneider

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 190
GARBAGE HSULERS LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, application for Garbage Haulers License renewals have been received from
Dave's Sanitation, 4972 Hamel Road, Hamel, Minnesota and Browning-Ferris Industies
of Minnesota, 9813 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, Minnesota in accordance with
Chapter VI, Section 600.01 of the City Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Garbage Haulers License be approved for the above applicants for a
one year period ending March 31, 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councllmem4gr Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng vo d
n avor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
