The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Cnunc' s Moen Neils & Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember cchnei er — Councilm2m_ber Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt on RESOLUTION NO. 83-187 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT 310 - REROOFING OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and Specifications with respect to the reroofing of the Water Treatment Plant; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published . for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 1983, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot n avor t ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils 10and Thr i nen ane following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly T.
