Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the llthday of April

RESOLUTION NO. 83-181
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
STATE PROJECT 2723-44.69 (55=198)
FEDERAL PROJFCTF 022-1 (94)
CITY PROJECT NO. 024 AND 227
WHEREAS, tree Cumnlsstoner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has
prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications t r the improvement of
Trunk Highway No. 188, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55, within the corporate
limits of the City of Plymouth, from Fernbrook Lane to Xeniun Lane North and at
CSAH 15 and seeks the approval thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said plans and special provision for the improvement of said Trunk
Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved
Including the elevations and grades as shown and consent Is hereby given to any
. and all changes In grade occasioned by said construction.
BE IT FURTHER RISOLVFD that the City does hereby agree to require the parkinq of
all vehicles, If such pdrklnq Is permitted within the corporate limits of said
City, on said Trunk Highway, to he parallel with the curb ddlare•nt to the hlgh-
way, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on dll public strerpts Intersectinn
said trunk highway.
