Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the city
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Alth_ day of
Aptil , 1983. The following members were present: ven ort

CQ-,nri1mPmhPr Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-179
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 244
AMHURST 5TH ADDITION - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 7, 1983, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderllk & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Amhurst 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project Includes installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain, bituminous street with concrete curb and qutter and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on April 11, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of Amhurst 5th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rn1pnrilmPm�PC Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following giJT�vot�_n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
