Purtuant to due call and notice thereof, a l meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11thday of
ID April , 1983. The following members were present Mayor Davenport,

rni,nrilmemher Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 178
ORDE..RING PROJECT NO. 244
AMHURST 5TH ADDITION
STREET AND :;TILITY IMPROVFMFNTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 7, 1983, a report
has been prapared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of Amhurst 5th Addition by the construction of water -
mains, sanitary sewer, streets and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Countil on April 11, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council

adopted March 7, 1983. The petitioner has waived his
right to a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improve-
ment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
