Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April 19 83

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-175
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND RFGARDING REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR
"TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION" FOR U.S. HOME. CORPORATION (81043)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Revised Final Plat for "Trenton Place First.
Addition" located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met
prior to recording of and regardinq the revised plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with the executed Development Contract and Resolution Numbers
. 82-182 setting conditions to he met prior to filing and regardinq Final Plat;
82-183 approving the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit and setting
conditions to be met; and 82-184 setting the condition to be met prior to
publishing the Rezonina Ordinance for "Trenton Place First Addition".
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
