Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _11th_ day of April . 1983.

CoWngilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 40. 83-174
APPROVING RFVISED FINAL PLAT FOR "TRFNTON PLACF FIRST ADO1TIMW FOR U.S. HOME
CORPORATION (81043)
WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation has requested approval of a Revised Final Plat for
"Trenton Place First Addition" located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for "Trenton
Place First Addition" at their meeting of April 19, 1982 under Resolution No. 82-181;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of U.S. Home Corporation
for Revised Final Piat for "Trenton Place First Addition" located east of Trenton Lane
and North of County Road 9;
FURTHER, Resolution No. 82-181 is hereby rescinded, regarding the Final Plat, the
Development Contract for "Trenton Place 1st Addition" is hereby reaffirmed.
