RESOLUTION NO. 83-168
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR "WEST RIDGF
ESTATES SIXTH ADDITION" FOR LAUKKA AND ASSOCIATES (A-745)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"West Ridge Estates Sixth Addition" as requested by Laukka and Associates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followinq to be met prior to
recording and regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication In accordance with the
City Policy in effect at the time of fillnq final plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be Issued until a Contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat Is filed and recored
with Hennepin County.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement referring that the plat Is
part of the approved RPUD 78-3 per Section 9 of the 7oninq Ordinance.
