Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _special meeting of the City Council of

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-163
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATFD
NORTHEAST OF 47TH AVENUE NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE IN RP!!D 83-2 (82052)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land northeast of
47th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane in RPUD 83-2 from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District in
conjunction with approval of a Final Plat for "Siiverthorne";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for "Silverthorne"
(RPUD 83-2) to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rniincilmembg ils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Coucilmembers Moen, Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
