Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spggial� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April . 1983.

Coyncilmember MQen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-161
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MORNINGSTAR NURSERY SCHOOL TO OPERATE IN THE
CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY (83006)
WHEREAS, Morningstar Nursery School. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a nursery school In the Church of the Epiphany located In the southeast
corner of Hamel Road and Nathan Lane, Lot 1, Block 1, "Epiphany Addition"; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Morninqstar Nursery
School for a Conditional Use Permit to operate the school in the Church of the Fpiphany
located In the southeast corner of Hamel Road and Nathan Lane, Lot 1, Block 1,

"Epiphany Addition", subject to the followinq conditions:
1. The permit Is subject to all applicable codes, requlations and Ordinances and
violation thereof shall he qrounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the facility and
shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. The permit shall be renewed In one (1) year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
6. A copy of the petitioner's current State License shall he kept on file with
the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
