Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �pecial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April . 1983.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 160
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR KENNETH PETFRSON (82068)
WHEREAS, Kenneth Peterson has requested consolidation of Outlot B, PARKERS LAKE FARM
with adjacent Lot 10, Block 4, SUNSET ACRES;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve ttie consolidation and that the City
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon
City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:
Outlot B, PARKERS LAKE FARM
Lot 10, Block 4, SUNSET ACRES
To be consolidated into a sinqle new parcel.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
