Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-158
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "PARKERS LAKE FARM" FOR KENNETH PETERSON (82068)
WHEREAS, Mr. Kenneth Peterson has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Parkers
Lake Farm", a plat calling for 2 single family residential lots and two outlots and is
located on the east side of Parkers Lake and west of Harbor Lane, Sections 28 and 33.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mr. Kenneth Peterson
for Final Plat approval of "Parkers Lake Farm", a plat for 2 single family lots and two
outlnts located on the east side of Parkers Lake and west of Harbor Lane, Sections 28
and 33.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
