Introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 157
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOP "WHITE OAKS
HILL" FOR GLADYS THOMAS (82008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and De%elopment Contract for
"White Oaks Hill" as requested by Mrs. Gladys Thomas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOtITH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to he met prior to
recording and regarding said plat:
• 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Payment of Park Dedication fees for two additional residences in accordance
with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Compliance with the City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 reoardina
minimum floor elevations for new structures and divisions, or on sites
adjacent to or containinq any open storm water drainaae facility.
5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution, was duly seconded by
