Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a gnprial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 11thL day of -April- . 19-u.

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 156
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "WHITE OAKS HILL" FOR GLADYS THOMAS
(82008)
WHEREAS, Mrs. Gladys Thomas has requested approval of the Final Plat for "White Oaks
Hill", a plat calling for 3 single family residential lots located at 321 Wedgewood
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mrs. Gladys Thomas for
Final Plat approval of "White Oaks Hill" , a plat for 3 single family lots located at
321 Wedgewood Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
