Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _ day of A rail . 1983.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-155
APPROVAL FOR REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR "SCOVILLE BUSINESS PARK" (82.062)
WHEREAS, Ch: is Enger, for Scoville Press, has requested approval for a Revised
Landscape Plan for "Scovilloe Business Park" located at the southwest corner of 27th
Avenue and Fernbrook Lane; Lot 2, Block 1, "Scoville Business ark"; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Revised Landscape Plan for
"Scoville Business Park" located at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue and Fernbrook
•Lane; Lot Block 1, "Scoville Business Park", as submitted by Chris Fnaer, for
Scoville Press based upon the findinq that:
1. The plan is within the intent of the Landscape Policy standards.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
