OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PFRMIT FOR MARIA VASILIOO FOR RFSIDFNCF LOCATED AT 18325 31ST AVFNUE NORTH (83005) WHEREAS, Maria Vasiliou has requested a Home Occupation Conditional Ilse Permit to conduct a consultant business from her residence at 18325 31st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a public hearinq and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for Maria Vasiliou to c)nduct a consultant business from her residence at 18325 31st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is Issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The premises shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards. 5. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot n favor t ereo : Mayor_ avenport, Neils Councilmembers Moen, `! and Threinen _ The Tollowing voted against or absta none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt dsk2A
