A3-151 APPROVAL FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NAEGELE OUTDOOR ADVERTISING COMPANY (82002) WHEREAS, Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to locate a 288 sq. ft. advertising sign in the B-3 Zoninq District at 11308 Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request at a duly scheduled public ' hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It zhould and hereby does approve the Conditional Use Permit for Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company to locate a 288 sq. ft. advertisinq siqn in the R-3 Zoning District at 11308 Highway 55, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocatior►. 2. The permit is issued to the petitioner and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained In a sanitary manner. 4. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 5. PIN 35-118-22-14-0003 and PIN 35-118-22-14-0002 shall be consolidated Into one parcel. 6. The property owner shall execute and submit a 30 -ft. wide road and utility easement along the southern property line. Page two Resolution No. 83- 151 7. The sign shall not be used to advertise products or services of uses on the property. 8. Any source of permitted illumination shall not be directly visible from neighboring properties, roads, and highways.
