Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 111h day of A ri1 1. 1983.
The following members were present: Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers oen, eiwis
efollowing members were absent:— Councilmember Schneider

rniinrilmamber Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 149
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO AND REGARDING FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR ANNA ROGGE.MANN
(81066)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Preliminary Plat, Variance and Final Plat
for Anna Roggemann for three single family lots located at 10610 36th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing and
recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
. Policy in effect at the time of issuance of building permit(s).
3. No building permits shall be issued until municipal sewer and water are
physically available to the sites.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Approved variances include: Lot width variance for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
"Roggemann's Addition" to allow 85 foot wide lots rather than 110 foot wide
lots.
7. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the Final Plat.
S. No building permits to be issued until the Final. Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
9. Recordable easement documents as approved by City Attorney, for the shared use
of the driveway access to 36th Avenue North for Lots 2 and 3, Plock 1,
"Roggemann's Addition" be filed concurrently with the Final Plat. Evidence of
filing be submitted prior to Issuance of building permits.

10. The drive to Lot 1, Block 1, "Roggemann's Addition" shall be located at the
westerly side.
11. Debri: on the property shall be removed at the owner's expense prior to filinq
the final plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
