Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 83-148
APPROVING PRFLIMINARY PLAT, LOT WIDTH VARIANCF AND FINAL PLAT FOR ANNA ROGGFM.ANN FOR
"ROGGEMANN'S ADDITION" (81066)
WHEREAS, Anna Roggemann has requested approval of Preliminary Plat, Variance and Final
Plat and for property located at 10610 36th Avenue North, consisting of three single
family residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a public hearino and
recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Anna R000emann for
Preliminary Plat, Lot Width Variance and Final Plat approval of "Roggemann's Addition"
consistinq of three sinqle family residential lots at. 10610 36th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
