Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 111th'- a �th day of April . 1983.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 147
APPROV114C SITE: PLAN AND VARIA14CF FOR GARY BLUEM FOR PRO DESIGN, INCORPORATED (83004)
WHEREAS, Gary Bluem, Pro Desiqn, Incorporated, has requested approval of a Site Plan
for a 12,350 sq. ft. office/production/warehouse buildi.nn to he located north of 23rd
Avenue North on the east side of Niagara Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Gary Pluem, Pro
Design, Incorporated for a Site Plan approval and variance for fire lane for a 1?,250
sq. ft. office/production/warehouse buildinq to be located north of 23rd Avenue and
east of Niagaia Lane, subject to the followinq cono.itions:
1. Compliance with City Enqineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedica�lon fees -in -lieu of land dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Ruildinq Permit issuance.
3. Submission of requirca Site Performance Aqreement and financial quarantee for
completion of site iMprovements.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Approval of a variance for fire lane on north side of buildino to be via
agreement with adjacent property owner..
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Colinrilmembeg ils , andupon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Council -members Moen, Neils and Threinen
The following voted against or a sta n 14a -or Davenport
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt;
