RESOLUTION NO. 83-142
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS TO THE
BGARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals consists of seven commissioners
appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, three of the seven positions are currently vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed applications from interested
applicants, conducted interviews and discussions regardirm the most appropriate
candidates for selection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does appoint the following individuals to the
following terms of service on the Plymouth Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals
expiring January 31, 1985:

Kenneth Ouass
Nicholas Keehbler
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cguncilmember Moen , and upon vote boing taken t ereoii, the
