Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Wei—d on the
21st day of March , 19 83. The following members were
present• MiXor DaXannort,. Coupcilmem ers Moen. Neils. Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 137
GRANTING EASEMENT TO UNITED POWER ASSOCIATION
OUTLOT C, PLYMOUTH HILLS REVISED ADDITION AND
OUTLOT A AND B, CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developer of the Plymouth Hills Addition is requesting the United
Power Association to relocate the existing power transmissission line within the
Plymouth Hills Addition; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to relocated the power transmission line along New County
Road 9; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is the owner of property over which the power line
is proposed to be constructed; and
WHEREAS, in order for the development of area to continue in accordance with
approved plans, it is necessary to relocate the power transmission line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute easement documents granting the United Power Association an easement
over Outlot C, Plymouth Hills Revised Addition and Outlots A and B, Creekside of
Plymouth Addition.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
!Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing voted in 'favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Nei)s.Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
