moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-136
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 205
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has ordered Project 205, County Road 61/Xenium
Lane Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the construction of Project 205 requires additional right-of-way and
ponding easements; and
WHEREAS, Wallace H. Cates and Erica C. Cates, the owners of the property
(PIN 22-118-22-13-0002) have agreed to the terms in the attached agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the attached
agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnupcilmembgrr inen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
