APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Glenn Paul Baron, 300 N. 5th St., Minneapolis, MN
55403, to sell ice cream from a truck in the City of Plymouth in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Glenn Paul Baron for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1983.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�qungjlmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
