moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-128
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
HIGHWAY 55 AT FERNBROOK AND XENIUM LANES
CITY PROJECT NO. 227
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit:
To revise the existing traffic control signals with street
lights on Trunk Highway No. 55 at Fernbrook Lane and at County
State Aid Highway No. 61 (Xenium Lane) and install interconnect
on Trunk Highway No. 55 between Fernbrook Lane and County State
Aid Highway No. 61 (Xenium Lane) in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 61354, a
copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City of Plymouth officers be and hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf
of the City and all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $8,100.00 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund
(402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-501) to finance said construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
