Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a EP9111ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th_ day of

Coupcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-124
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 304
MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION, 40TH AVENUE
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 10, 1983, 1
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to improvement of Mission Hills Park 6th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on March 7, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of Mission Hills Park 6th Addition, 40th Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was d�jly seconded by
Wupcilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
