RESOLUTION NO. 83-120
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
OAKDALE WEST ADDITION (79079)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 3, 1981, Don
D. Myron and Norman Oarnes, developer of Oakdale West Addition (79079), have
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion
of the street, utility
and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the
development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY
OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as followss

FURTHER 3E IT RESOLVED that the streets, sanitary sewer, watermain, sidewalk and
storm sewer are accepted as of March 7, 1983 for continual maintenance subject
to the one year guarantee by the developer. :K
The notion for Cie adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
