The fol Mang gm risers ire nnnpw cQuncil er Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adep"tion RESOLUTION NO. 83-112 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS ON BLOCKS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BEACON HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the utility easements in Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4, Beacon Heights Second Addition; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on March 7, 1983 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of March 7, 1983; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 7, 1983 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the utility easements in Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4, Beacon Heights Second Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed for public purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TF{E CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following utility easements be vacated: West 5 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1 East 5 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1 West 5 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 East 5 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 West 5 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3 East 5 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 3 West 5 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 East 5 feet of Lot 3, Block 4 All within Beacon Heights Second Addition The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnijprj1M0hCr Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _._Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Meon, Neils, Srbpgjdgr add . en The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
