Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83-111
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS AND ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOTS 6, 7 AND 8 AND OUTLOT A, SUNNY ACRES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the utility and drainage easements on
and road right-of-way on Lots 6, 7 and 8 and Outlot A, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on March 7,
1983 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of March 7, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 7, 1983 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the utility and drainage
easements on Lots 6, 7 and 8 and Outlot A, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not
needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following drainage and utility easements and road right-of-way
be vacated:
All existing utility and drainage easements in Lots 6, 7 and
8, Block 1 and Outlot A, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition.
And
The 30 foot road right-of-way along the South side of Lot 8,
Block 1, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
