The following members were presen : Mavor Dayen ort, Councll 8 bey% Moen, ells, Schneider b Threinen The following ambers were absent:_ None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-110 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 462C, MINNESOTA STATUTES: CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A HOUSING PLAN BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (the City), as follows: Section 1. Recitals 1.01. By the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, as amended (the Act), the City is authorized to plan, administer, issue and sell revenue bonds or obligations to make or purchase loans to finance one or more multifamily housing developments within its boundaries which revenue bonds or obligations shall be payable solely from the revenues of the development. 1.02. The Act provides that, prior to issuing revenue bonds or obligations to finance a multifamily housing development, the City must develop a housing plan and, after holding a public hearing thereon after notice published at least thirty days prior thereto, submit the housing plan for review to the Metropolitan Council. 1.03. The City has prepared the housing plan required by the Act, which housing plan has been designated The Plymouth Housing Plan (the Housing Plan). Section 2. PuVlic Hearing 2.01. A public hearing on the Housing Plan is hereby called and shall be held on April 11, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall. 2.02. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause notice of the public hearing to be published in a newspaper circulating generally in the City, at least thirty days before the hearing in substantially the attached form. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth this 22nd day of February , 1983. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by QWncjImember Mpen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Threinqn The following vo ag� ns Or abstained: None lherOupon the ietsolutfon was declared duly passed and adopted. ee+r �r NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A HOUSING PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA =x NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (the City), that it will hold a public hearing at the City offices of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, on the 11th day of April, 1983, at 7:30 p.m., on a proposed housing plan for the City of Plymouth under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C. A copy of the housing plan is on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Manager at the City offic-_. All who wish to be heard as to the housing plan will be given an opportunity to express their views at the time of the public hearing.
