The following eabers were prese`ntil�iayor Davenport, Council ers Mils, Moenl-Schneider Threinep The followinq were stints None waw � Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 108 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 205 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-33 of the City Council, adopted the 10th day of lan- udry 1983, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improvements on County Road 61 and Xenium Lane; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, watermain lateral and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances along County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) from Xenium Lane to County Road 9, Xenium Lane from Campus Drive to a point 500 feet north of 34th Avenue, West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 61 (County Road 154) south 1600' MOL; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica- tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 7th 10 day of February 1983, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted January 4, 1982; May 3, 1982 and the County Road 6111-494 Corridor Study, Segment 3, received September 13, 1982. 2. The consulting engineer is hereby directed to include berminq and landscaping as part of the final plans in residential areas to provide for mitigative measures for possible impacts. 3. The properties located along the west ROW of County Road 61 north of 37th Ave. identified as parcels 15-118-22-44-0002, 15-118-22-44-0003, 15-118-22-44-0004, 15-118-22-44-0009 and 15-118-22-44-0010 shall not be assessed for street improvements if their driveway access to County Road 61 is abandoned and moved to Rosewood Lane. 4. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci- fications for the making of such improvement.
