Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-107
DIRECTING PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET
COUNTY ROAD 61
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Environmental Quality Board rules and regulations a
petition was submitted requesting the preparation of an Environmental Assessment
Worksheet for the County Road 61 Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an EAW is not mandatory for the project but
the City Council has the discretion of ordering the preparation of an EAW; and
WHEREAS, a committee of the City Council has recommended that an EAW be prepared
for the County Road 61 improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City staff is directed to prepare and submit to the Environmental
Quality Board an EAW for the County Road 61 project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
