The following- Webers were,present: Mayor Dayenpor , ouncilmemoers
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-106
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ROBAINSDALE-ARMSTRONG
SCHOOL SITE MANAGEMENT PROJErT
WHEREAS, a senior high school is a center of community activity; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for community involvement in the management of centers of
community activity; and
WHEREAS, the concept of school site management promotes increased community Involve-
ment in the management of schools; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Plymouth
supports the proposed Robbinsdale-Armstrong School Site Management Project which will
be presented as a grant proposal to the Northwest Foundation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon .vote beim taken 0�reon` n; tTie
following votedn favor thereof y venport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
