HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-105Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 105 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF 3.2 BEER AT THE ZACHARY PLAYFIELD AND PLYMOUTH CREEK CITY PARK WHEREAS, the sale of 3.2 beer was permitted at the Plymouth Creek Playfield during the year 1982 on a trail basis, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and staff have reviewed the results of last year's experimental policy and have found that there were no unusual problems that developed because of the sale of 3.2 beer for special tournaments; and WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation and the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission have now endorsed the on-going policy for the sale of 3.2 beer at the Zachary Playfield and Plymouth Creek City Park, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that temporary 3.2 beer licenses may be approved by the City Council on a case -by -case -request basis for the sale of 3.2 beer at the Zachary Playfield and Plymouth Creek City Park in accordance with the administrative procedures established on June 4, 1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favorthereof: Magor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen.
