HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-104tht Ci ty, Cow 22nd were present: The following e call and notice thereof, a special meeting of it of the City of Plymouth, Mnnesota, was he1W on the day of Februar 19 83 The following members Mayor Davenpor�Counc membe Moen; -Mils, Schneider i Threinen None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 104 A RESOLUTION APPROVING FENCING PROJECTS FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK AND ZACHARY PLAYFIELDS WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program for the year 1983, and WHEREAS, said Capital Improvements Program calls for the construction of fencing on the north boundary of the Plymouth Creek Playfield and fencing of two ballfields at Zachary Playfield, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and concurs with moving ahead on these two Capital Imprrvement projects, and WHEREAS, there is money available in the Park Dedication Account to cover the estimated costs of construction of these two projects, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to proceed with Project No. 307. the fencing of the north boundary of Plymouth Creek Playfield and two ballfields at Zachary Playfield for an estimated cost of $24,500 to be transferred from the Park Dedication Account to the Construction Account.
