RESOLUTION NO. 83- 98
DECLARING COST TO RE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
1982 REMOVAL OF DISEASED TREES - ROLL NO. 2
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.023 M.S.A. and Chapter XX, Stic-
tion 2020.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, the City Mana-
ger of the City of Plymouth has caused the destructlon and removal of diseased
trees on certain lands within the City of Plymouth, and a determination has been
made, as provided by law, and the total amount of such work Includino costs
Incurred is in the amount of $1,382.70, and of this cost the City will pay SO.00
as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I1 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF TME_ CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed Is hereby declared to
be $1,382.70.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Fuolneer and Park f+uper-
visor, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land
within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided
by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the
office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote beinq taken thereon the
