RESOLUTION NO. 83-94
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GAR -LAR PROPERTIES FOR "WILLOW MEADOWS"
(RPUD 83-1) (80013)
WHEREAS, Gar -Lar Properties has requested approval of a Conditional I1sF- Permit to fill
and excavate soil materials within the Floodplain Overlay District, as defined by the
Flood Insurance Study for the City of Plymouth and accordinq to the provisions of
Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, on property located at the southwest corner
of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNOIITH,
NINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Car -Lar Properties
for a Conditional Use Permit to fill and excavate soil materials within the Floodplain
Overlay District as defined by the Flood Insurance Study for the City of Plymouth and
according to the provisions of Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoninq ordinance, on property
located at the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9, subject to the
following condition:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken th recon, T
