Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 93 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR BRAD CHAZIN FOR HAZFLDON PIONEER HO(ISE (A-643) WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan throuqh Resolution No. 75-678; and, WHEREAS, Brad Chazin has requested approval of a Conditional (Ise Permit Amendment to construct a double garage at the Hazeldon Pioneer House located at 11505 36th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Brad Chazin for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for Hazeldon Pioneer House to construct a double garage at 11505 36th Avenue North subject to the followinq conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, requlations and Ordinances. 2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 3. Compliance with original Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approved as stated in Resolution No. 75-678. the motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilme ber Moen , and upon vote being taken tom, tTie ollowing voted n ravor thereof: _vor DavenDort.
