Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 82
CALLING FOR LOCATION/DESIGN PUBLIC HEARING
COUNTY ROAD 15/I-494 INTERCHANGE
PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Title 23, United States Code, Section 128,
a public hearing is required to discuss the location, design features and social,
economic and environmental effects of the proposed construction of an interchange
at C.S.A.H. 15 and I-494 in the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the hearing shall jointly be held by the City of Plymouth and the Minne-
sota Department of Transportation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that a public hearing is scheduled for March 21, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota.
An open house will be held prior to the hearing, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to
provide an opportunity for review of the Environmental Assessment and related data.
FURTHER, the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing as
required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof:Mayo Davenport, CounciImembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against- orabstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
