HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-081a � .C�TII OF PLYMOUtH { Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on the 7th day of February , 1983 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Schneider and Threinen folI ..w t� Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-81 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 801 WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed for the first 300 feet of frontage when the frontage is 600 feet or more with the balance being deferred at the established rate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 300 feet in the manner as stated above for a period not to exceed three (3) years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that three year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full. 5-118-22-44-0003 ~8,940.40 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following vote against orabstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
