the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nhesota was held on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-80
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 7651
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 80-726, special assessments were
levied by the City Council for Project No. 801, Vicksburg Lane Street and Sturm
Sewer; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City of Plymouth deferment policy concerning Project 801,
the property owner is requesting that the portion of his assessment covered under
said policy be deferred; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymo -rill reduce the assessments covered by said policy
and defer them under a sepav-,;e resolution for three years unless sold or sub-
divided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the assessments be reduced in the following amount as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years
and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7651 with the first
installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1983.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor erear: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
