Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 78 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OF LOTS 6, 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A, SUNNY ACRES 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lundgren Bros. Construction Co. has peti- tioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage easements and road right-of-way: All existing utility and drainage easements in Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 and Outlot A, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition And The 30 foot road right-of-way along the South side of Lot 8, Block 1, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 7, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneid r and Threinen The following vote against or a s a ne : None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
