HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-076Z CITY .tit P1;1K11 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth,nMi nesot , was he on the 7th day of February 19 s The following members were present: Mayor DavenporT, Touncimem ers Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-76 A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PUBLISHING OF SIX CITY NEWSLETTERS WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the publishing of six City newsletters, and WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids as shown on Exhibit A were received complying with the advertisement, and WHEREAS, the low bid was submitted by Sexton Printing at a per page cost of $81.13, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract for the printing of six City newsletters for the year 1983 be awarded to Sexton Printing located at 250 East Lothenbach Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of $81.13 per page, for 13,250 copies per printing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereofT Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and Threnen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
