Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was field on _ Way of February 1933.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 74
APPROVING PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SALE
OF TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennpein a description of land within its corporate limits which has become
the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described below has heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Roard of County
Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE.SOLVEn BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by
said Board of Commissioners of the parcel of land described as non -conservation land
Is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcels be publically or privately sold by Hennepin County as
hereinafter shown:
