Cguncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 71
SETTING CONDITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE FET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR "FERNDALE NORTH FOURTH ADDITION" (82067)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approvd a Lot Consolidation/Division for "Ferndale North
Fourth Addition" under Resolution No. 83- ;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYWXITH,
MINNEOSTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followina condition to be met
prior to filing of said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
