introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-65
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR SAUL
SEGAL, ENTERPRISE PROPERTIES, FOR "SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 4TH ADDITION (RP(ID 76--4) (A-681)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract for
"Schmidt Lake Woods 4th Addition (RPUD 76-4) as requested by Saul Segal, Enterprise
Properties;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMO11TH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the followinq conditions to be met
prior to recording and regarding said plat;
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
