Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
movea ffs adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-63
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON
THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 4, FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of the utility and drainage
easements on the common lot line of Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th
Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on February 7,
1983 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of February 7, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on February 7, 1983 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of utility and drainage ease-
ments on the common lot line of Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th Addition;
and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
Lot 3, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The North 6 feet of said Lot 3 except the East 6
feet and the West 68.54 feet.
and
Lot 4, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The South 6 feet of said Lot 4 except the East 6
feet and the West 6 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Schneider and Threinen
