HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-062The f Idtice the raof, a _regular unc)I OT Lne G1'Ty OT P1y01bpth, Minna day of ary lowingiiw rs were absent: �t 7 ,__ wheting of C" the ! fol'lowin members' !der & Thrgeinen —Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and ruaved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 62 DENYING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR DONALD.1POUPARD WHEREAS, Mr. Donald Poupard has requested the issuance of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and WHEREAS, based upon the investigation made of the applicant it is not deemed to be in the best interests of the City that such license be awarded; and WHEREAS, in accordance with City Code, a public hearing was properly noticed and held on February 7,1983 concerning issuance of an On -Sale Liquor License; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL"OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, than this Council does hereby deny the issuance of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Mr. Donald Poupard for a restaurant located in the southwest corner of 27th Ave. and Annapolis Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by o n ilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n avor Oreo :` Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Nogn and Schneider The following vo aggaa nst or abstained: Councilmember Thrr`elnen Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a elr+r a,r�r ,r.r►
