A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO 56,000
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSESSING ATTITUDES TOWARD DEVELOPMENT OPPORTIINITIFS
IN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council is concerned about remaining aware of the attitudes of all
Individuals with respect to the operation of the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has solicited written proposals for the conduct of a survey
regarding attitudes toward development opportunities of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the firm of MDA Consulting Croup, Inc. has submitted a proposal for the pro-
vision of such services; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended said firm;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does approve the conduct of a survey to measure attitudes
toward development opportunities in Plymouth In accordance with the proposal submitt-
ed by ?DA Consulting Group, Inc. at a sum not to exceed S6,000, which sum shall be
allocated from Account No. 101-190-899 reserved far contingency.
